We booked a stay at the cabin and the whole experience was shameful. We confirmed we would get a full refund with the staff due to the lack of hygiene in the cabin rooms, including dirty sheets and growing thick black mould. The cabin staff were told the manager had to send booking.com an email confirming the refund and they have refused to do so. We are utterly disappointed in the way this has been handled by the cabin, who we trusted, to be honest and able to stick to the agreement of a full refund.

Filthy, not fit for purpose. Do not book this boat. There is no room for 1 person let alone 2 nor is there room for 1 person and a small case. Girl that was on duty was as ignorant as a pig. The shower is connected to the sink. Had to lie on bed while my husband opened the shower door.

We booked this hotel very last minute as we just needed somewhere to stay for the night. The staff were lovely and very friendly - they were happy to chat and socialise with us and helped answer any queries. The whole boat had a very laid back and relaxed feel to it. The beds were very comfy and the facilities were excellent, especially at the low price point. It was the most unique place I’ve stayed in and the views on the boat during the night were superb.

On the day of arrival they refused to check us into the room we paid for

We booked a room in advance and paid for it. On the day of arrival they refused to check us into our room. They just didn't want to move us in. But other people who came later moved in. They said that we need to contact the booking and they will solve the problems. They simply left us on the street and did not want to solve the problem. It's good that we had a telephone with connection. Thanks to booking technical support for helping us quickly! It's up to you to decide whether it's worth spending time and money on such a "service". Concelled as we were heading over to check in

Cancelled our reservation through booking.com on the same day as we were arriving - literally as we were on our way over there to check in. We were offered a free cancellation about a week prior which I didn't accept. Presumably they had overbooked and we happened to be the party they chose to cancel. Had I read these reviews first I wouldn't have booked in the first place, seems like staff are rude and the place needs a clean. We ended up forking out double the cost of this reservation for a last minute booking at an alternative hotel in Amsterdam. Shysters - avoid at all costs.
